Hot Wheels Ferrari SF90 Stradale Leads Ferrari Comeback in 2025

Big news just hit the toy car scene: Ferrari is back with Hot Wheels! After years apart, Hot Wheels regained their license to make Ferrari models, and they’ve started strong with the Hot Wheels Ferrari SF90 Stradale. This gem rolled out in the Hot Wheels 2025 J Case this April 2025, marking the first mainline Ferrari in over a decade.

Here’s why this release matters, highlighting both the full-sized hybrid supercar and the new 1:64 Ferrari SF90 Stradale hitting shelves soon.

The Real Ferrari SF90 Stradale

To get why the Hot Wheels Ferrari SF90 Stradale matters, let’s look at the real car. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is a hybrid supercar made from 2019 to 2024. Designed by Flavio Manzoni at Ferrari’s Centro Stile, it celebrates 90 years of the Scuderia Ferrari racing team. It’s got a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine plus three electric motors, delivering 986 horsepower. That’s enough to speed from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.5 seconds!

It uses an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and has a special rear wing called the “shut-off Gurney” that moves like a race car’s. This car’s a star, and now it’s a SF90 Stradale toy you can hold.

Hot Wheels Ferrari SF90 Stradale: A Fresh Drop

Here’s the main story: the Ferrari SF90 Stradale launched in the Hot Wheels 2025 J Case this April 2025. It’s the first Ferrari mainline car since Hot Wheels signed a new deal with Ferrari, ending a long break. This SF90 Stradale die-cast nails the look, sharp curves, a tiny Ferrari grille, and a fast-car feel in a super-small package.

The Hot Wheels Ferrari 2025 lineup doesn’t stop here. Nine Ferrari models are planned this year,  but this one’s leading the charge. There’s also a remote-control version for about $20 that works on Hot Wheels tracks
